Privacy

Practice KPIs keeps your patient data on your own PC. This page says what we do collect, and what we never collect.

What we collect when you download

We use these to know who has the software, to send you updates and notices about it, and to keep a record that you accepted the terms.

What the app sends us after you install it

The app sends one small message when it starts and about once a day while it is open. It contains exactly:

That is all. We use it to see which installs are in use, so we send updates only to people who use the app, and to prepare your licence and billing.

What we never collect

We never collect patient data of any kind: no patient names, no patient counts, no rows from your reports, no file names, no folder paths and no error text. The report files you import never leave your PC. We have no way to see them.

Payments

Card payments are handled by a payment provider. We keep the card brand and last four digits so we can show you which card pays for which practice. We do not store full card numbers.

Who sees this

Only Clinihealth LLC's owner, Sam Williams, has access to the admin where this information is shown. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. We may share it with the payment provider and the host that runs our server, only so they can do their job, or if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account records while you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterwards for accounting and to show that you accepted the terms. You can ask us to delete your account records by writing to the contact address on our website.

Cookies

The public website sets no tracking cookies. The admin area, used only by us, sets a sign-in cookie.
